Welcome to Access Health Stark County (AHSC). On behalf of our dedicated staff and Board of Directors, I’m pleased to invite you to explore our website and learn more about the impactful work we do across Stark County.

At AHSC, we are committed to serving the most vulnerable individuals in our community by connecting them to essential social and educational resources. Through strong partnerships and consistent, personalized support, we help our participants take charge of their health by managing chronic conditions, reducing infant mortality, improving outcomes related to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and working toward their fullest potential for overall well-being.

We are proud to serve the residents of Stark County and are continually seeking opportunities to grow, collaborate, and strengthen the health of our community.
